We at rucomfy use only 100% waterproof fabric on our indoor/outdoor range of beanbags, bean sofas & bean chairs which is the same as the fabric used to make high quality hiking jackets. The water just sits on the surface without soaking through. We have also included large eyelets in all our indoor/outdoor squashy squarbie range making them very easy to store away in winter or when not in use. The fabric also benefits from being able to be wiped clean with a warm soapy cloth. The fabric used by our competitors is not waterproof or water resistant, and is therefore not suitable for use outdoors. We know this because we have used it in the past.
